Orders
By placing an order the customer declares explicit that he agrees with our terms and conditions. All orders are binding.
Paymentmethodes
We accept payments through PayPal, Prepayment, Twint, Master/Visa.
1.) PayPal: fast and easy – the payment happen immediately to our paypalaccount.

2.) Payment throught prepayment: After your order you will receive automaticly an order confirmation per E-mail with all needed informations. You find our bankdetails in our Impressum too.
3.) Twint: fast and easy, with this paymentmethod you order will process immediately.
4.) Master/Visa: fast and easy – with this paymentmethod you order will process immediately. (+2,5%)
Payment terms
Orders are paid for within 7 days by cash in advance. If the deadline is not met, may incur Reminder charges or the order expires and rights lapse.
Lilith Village is entitled to block a customers account in case of misuse and report to the law enforcement.
Delivery
Please refer to the product description for the estimated delivery time. In case the no detailled information is mentioned in the description, the delivery will take place within 1 – 3 days after in-payment. If you wish, an extension of the delivery time is possible upon agreement. All parcels are shipped with Swiss postal services. No orders will be processed during holidays. You can find the dates on FB.
Price and product range changes
We reserve the rights to alter prices, products and technical modifictions, our terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
Possible misprints and obvious errors in price lists, offers, order confirmations or in our e-shop do not entitle the customer to any claims.
Guarantee
All items are checked for defects before they are shipped. Turn to the Swiss post in case of any transport damage.
We cannot be hold liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by improper use or any other faulty behaviour on the part of a product (f.e.incorrect washing).
Return/Refund policy
The following products are excluded from the right of replacement and return: buying of stalls, jewellery, perfume, hair colours/pomads, sell-out items, Books, Homeware, tights, bath items/shower gels as well as undergarments and swimwear.
We have to be notified within 3 days after receipt of delivery in case you would like an exchange and reserve the rights to refuse an exchange after the stated deadline. The product have to be in original condition. Used, soiled, damaged or products without label won’t be taken back by us. A return because of dislikement is excluded; the same applies for items ordered on special request of the customer.
Returns are reimbursed by us by credit note. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The ordered goods remain the property of Lilith-Village until full payment is received.

Parcels up to 30 kilos: flat fee CHF 20.50 (Switzerland)
Free shipping from a value of CHF 70.00 (Switzerland)
